Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Once you receive your online coaching package no refund is accepted, as this is not a physical product.
Monthly online coaching refunds are not applicable once we have started the online coaching process. The online coaching process starts once we have our first phone call to discuss your online coaching.
Refunds will only be accepted if:
Cancellations must be requested 30 days before the next payment date. If cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the next payment, the next payment will be taken and the plan will be cancelled once the final payment is taken.
One-off online coaching plan refunds are not applicable once you have received your online coaching package or if your package has been created, even if not received by the recipient.
