Monthly online coaching refunds are not applicable once we have started the online coaching process. The online coaching process starts once we have our first phone call to discuss your online coaching.

Refunds will only be accepted if:

• After purchase, you don’t want to commit to the selected nutrition and training plans. The notice must be given before plans have been created and/or before our initial phone call.

Cancellations must be requested 30 days before the next payment date. If cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the next payment, the next payment will be taken and the plan will be cancelled once the final payment is taken.
